Searching for a Credit-Lessor (Building financing),
Consolidating the top of the balance sheet (capital, current account, consolidation),
The credit and subsidies for equipment (purchase of machines, tools etc.),
The price of the land in relation to the economic and social interest of the project.
In relation to the nature of your project, the eventual cooperation of the public co-financiers: Europe with the FEDER, Government with the DIACT/ Prime Aménagement du Territoire and the AFII with the CIR (Crédit Impôt Recherche), region with the Conseil Régional, Département with the Conseil Général, a conglomeration of communities, ANVAR, DRIRE with the DSMCI (Development of the Small and Medium Companies/Industries), ADEME via possible subsidies that may be solicited.
